Where do I find my device code?
Open the app on your TV or device. The 7-digit code and 6-digit PIN are shown on the start screen.
I paid but nothing happened
Activation completes when the payment provider confirms the payment, not when you leave the checkout page. Do not pay again — contact support with your payment reference.
Which devices are supported?
Vireo is an Android app for phones, tablets and Android TV. Vireo is not available to download from an app store yet. Each platform page says what exists today. See the platforms page.
What do I need to watch something?
A playlist link (M3U) or the login details from a provider you are authorised to use. Vireo plays what that source gives you; what is available depends entirely on it.
Does Vireo provide channels or content?
No. Vireo is media player software. It does not provide or sell television channels, playlists or content subscriptions. You use content and services you are authorised to access.
